How long does a quotation take?

• We will assess the job, take measurements, agree the design and materials to be used and the customer's preferred timescales.
• We then gather the information to formulate the quote. We aim to get the quote to the customer within 5 to14 working days. (But we aim for with 7 days)
• Any amendments/changes are agreed and a new quotation is sent out.
• If the quotation is acceptable then the customer will sign the confirmation letter.
• Then a date will be agreed for the work to start.

How long do I have to wait for the job to start?
• Wherever possible we will work to the customer's preferred timescales.
Please note that there could be a delay if we have to wait for materials to arrive into stock or be delivered. We will always liaise with the customer to ensure he/she is fully aware.

How long does a quotation last for?
• A quotation lasts for 28 days from quotation date. After this date the quotations maybe have to be re-quoted.
• This is due to constant changes in materials prices.

When are the payments required?
• 50% of the full amount is required within 10 working days of the work commencing.
• The final invoice is sent to the customer within 15 working days of completion of the job.
• The final payment is required within 7 days of the date of the final invoice.
* Subject to total cost of project, this percentage may vary.

How do I pay?
There are 3 methods of payment as follows:
• By bank transfer (BACS). Our bank details can be found on every invoice.
• By cheque
• By cash

Do I pay for a quotation?
• No you do not have to pay for a quotation.
• This is a no obligation quote.

Do you take waste materials away after the job is complete?
• Yes, we remove all materials away from the job after completion.
• It is sometimes necessary to have a skip on sit because of the quantity of waste. You would be told about this before the job would commence.
• Please note that we do not remove fridges or freezers.

What area in Devon do you cover?
• We cover a 25 miles radius from Exmouth.

Do you organise other trades necessary for complete the job?
• We will organise all other trades to complete the job.
